We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

1.2 Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, such as Christmas, or due to high demand.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

2.1 Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
  • Cost: Calculated based on the weight and size of your order at checkout.

2.2 Expedited Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
  • Cost: Additional charges apply and are displayed at checkout.

2.3 Free Shipping:

  • Available for orders over $75 within the continental United States.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

4. Delivery Issues

4.1 Delayed Deliveries:
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or holidays may impact timelines.

4.2 Incorrect Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Ecoluis is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

4.3 Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately at info@ecoluis.com or (540) 869-4353. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

5. Changes to Orders

If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes may not be possible if your order has already been processed.

6. Holiday Shipping Deadlines

To ensure delivery before Christmas, place your order by December 15 for standard shipping or December 20 for expedited shipping.
