While we strive to keep our stock levels up-to-date, there may be instances when an item becomes unavailable after you’ve placed an order. In such cases, we will notify you and offer a refund or an alternative product.
  • Pre-Orders: If any products are available for pre-order, we will provide you with an estimated shipping date. Pre-orders are processed and shipped as soon as the product becomes available.

  • Prices: All prices listed on the website are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of taxes and shipping charges. Prices may change without notice, but the price at the time of purchase will be honored for that transaction.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns unless the item is returned in a damaged or used condition.

  • Sale Items: Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Special Orders: Any special or custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
