1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items if:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The return request is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item was not marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made decorations.
- Items on clearance or marked as “final sale.”
- Gift cards or promotional items received for free.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Eligible Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.Partial Refunds:

Non-Refundable Costs:

5. Exchanges

7. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days.
